Before founding Connectivity – People Driven Executive Search, Erica served as Head of Talent at Vineyard Vines, a privately held, upper-middle-market company. There, she worked closely with the founders to develop and enhance leadership teams across the organization. Prior to that, she spent several years at 24 Seven, an executive search firm specializing in retail and consumer goods, where she led executive hiring for emerging businesses. She also worked at Gartner, managing executive searches for clients across both the private and public sectors.
As Founder and President of Connectivity, Erica leads a firm dedicated to supporting growing and emerging businesses in building world-class leadership teams. Connectivity was born from her passion for helping companies scale effectively by placing executives in critical roles that drive vertically integrated growth.
